Counseling Department Mission and Vision Statements

The mission of the Arab Elementary School Counseling Program is to provide all students with equitable access to a data-driven comprehensive school counseling program that shapes the future of all students by cultivating a passion for leadership and inspiring them to look for ways to serve in the school and community.  The school counselor will advocate for student success and demonstrate leadership through collaboration with stakeholders to provide opportunities for students to develop  essential academic, social/emotional, and career skills.

The vision of the Arab Elementary comprehensive school counseling program is that all students are inspired to invest in others. They are equipped with critical academic knowledge, career skills, and social and emotional tools that have shaped them into passionate leaders who serve in their communities and are motivated to seek growth as lifelong leaders.
